What to expect
A dynamic, full-body workout focused on strengthening functional movement patterns for everyday life. We’ll isolate the powerhouse muscle groups, including glutes, quads, core, chest, back and shoulders to build stronger, more optimal bodies to help you crush your goals with ease. Each class will incorporate a dynamic warm-up, functional exercise to target key aesthetic and movement goals, and will finish with energizing mobility drills to prepare you to take on the day.

About the space
Located underneath the Toronto RYU flagship store in the vibrant Queen West neighbourhood, RYU Underground is a space for community workouts and health and fitness functions – making it the perfect spot to exercise, shop and network.
How to get there
TTC: It’s just a two-minute walk from Osgoode Station. It’s of the station on the south side.
Parking: Street parking can be tough – if you can get a spot. Otherwise, the nearest lot is located at 318
Richmond St W Parking.
How to Prepare
Come in your favourite athletic wear, a can-do attitude. This is a full-body workout using circular bands, dumbbells/kettlebells and mats, which are all provided. But bring a filled water bottle and towel. If you have any injuries, come a few minutes early to let Bree know that you may need modifications for certain exercises.
